Social & Welfare Department

Vision Statement: The Social & Welfare Ministry is an arm/department under the Church which seeks to maximize the vision of the church in its vision to impact generations for God’s purposes through caring, serving the poor and needy members within the church primarily as well as other sin the communities around the country.

Objectives: Our main objective as a department is to extend the love of God by reaching out to the basic needs of the needy within and outside the church according to Matthew 25 verses 35 and 36.

2018 Activities & Events: Some of our activities for this year includes the following;

• Motivate the church members to care for the poor and needy through church offerings.
• Identify those in need within the church and outside.
• Collaborate with the Government’s Social and Welfare Department in identifying the poor and needy especially the child headed families within the four regions of the country.
• Assist those in need within and outside the church by donating clothes, perishables, and non perishable food items through an outreach.
• Pay Education fees for those in need identified within the church.
